Young people are often looked at as representatives of the future as they bring new ideas and energy to add to the pool of knowledge which currently exists. So with the inception of Mahila Vibhaga (Ladies Wing), The Karnataka Vishwakarma Association felt a need to encourage and include youngsters in the Association activities. Thus the “Yuva Vibhaga” came into existence in early 2000.
Initially Yuva Vibhaga was only a part of organizing team for social and cultural activities conducted by Management Committee and Mahila Vibhaga. The first team of youngsters headed by Chairman Mr. Vijay Acharya. He was succeeded by several chairmen who gave their valuable contribution for the growth and the development of Yuva Vibhaga.
Since 2011, Chairman like Mr. Nitin Acharya & Mr. Pradip Acharya have brought in several essential changes and improvement within Yuva Vibhaga structure. This has encouraged more youngster to join Yuva Vibhaga and be a part of Association. Mr. Rajesh S Acharya is current Chairman and is leading a team of more than 20 members.

The activities of the Yuva Vibhaga have diversified from the year 2017 onwards. A varied number of initiatives were taken up like-
A grand Cultural and Talent event “Jamboree 2017” was organized to encourage and give a platform for all emerging talent. For the first time participation entries to events and correspondence was done online. An additional online Art competition added to the success of the event as it saw participation from Mumbai, Mangaluru and overseas.
Yuva Vibhaga members visited Wada village in Maharashtra. The clothes which were collected from our members were donated to needy villagers and their children.
The major highlight for year 2018 was the launch of Vidyadaanam Scheme – a much needed initiative to support economically disadvantaged children for education.
Yuva Vibhaga Vice Chairman Rajesh A Acharya has also been involved in designing of KVA website and have provided significant technical support in helping to create the website
